Initial Clean for New or Returning Customers

Initial Clean is 3 or more weeks of pet waste for customers with a pooper scooper service plan. After this initial clean, your yard will be ready for the service plan you decide upon.

Cancellation within 60 days of your initial cleaning will result in the charge of one-time cleaning price.

If you specified there are less than 3 weeks of uncollected waste at the time of sign-up and we find there is additional waste, you may have to be rescheduled and an initial service fee may be charged. You will be contacted in advance if this is the circumstance.

Please note if your yard is still snow-covered and under ice, we will only clean what is visible and accessible. Any uncollected waste will be collected each visit it is exposed.

Fees apply for additional cleaning areas and the difficulty of the service area to be cleaned.

All requested service areas will be subject to an onsite assessment which may result in a change of service fees. Advanced notification will be provided.
