What areas do you service?

We service up to a 30-mile radius from our home base of Green, Ohio, which includes: Green, Uniontown, New Franklin, Portage Lakes, North Canton, Clinton, Jackson Township, Massillon, Norton,  Greentown, Lakemore, Springfield, Ellet, Mogadore, Hartville, Barberton, Fairlawn, Bath, Akron, Canton, Munroe Falls, Tallmadge, Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, Hudson. Who should hire a professional Pooper Scooper service?

Dog owners…
...who are unable, unwilling, or just want to enjoy their yard and pets without the hassle of dog waste clean-up. Those parents with small children who enjoy playing outside or if you use your yard often. Those families who bicker over this most unpleasant task and are sick of the arguing. Those with physical or visual impairments that find it difficult or impossible to clean your yard. And those who have better things to do than scooping up dog waste.

Am I required to sign a contract?

No! You can start and stop your service at any time. There is no minimum service period. We are committed to building customer loyalty through great service, no long-term contracts. We do have some Terms of Service so you know what to expect.

Should I unlock my gate?

Yes. Scooper Girl technicians are not allowed to climb or jump over fences or gates.

Please have your gate unlocked on your service day. This will allow us to access your yard and make it beautiful.

Will I need to confine or restrain my dog?

Not unless your dog is potentially aggressive. 

Scooper Girl technicians love dogs and really enjoy spending time with them! But if your dog is aggressive, we ask that you restrain or confine your dog during your window of service on your service day.

Do you do dog waste removal all year, including winter?

Yes! We offer pet waste clean-up and removal all year. Ask about our winter rates and discount program.

Snow or heavy rains may delay our professional pooper scoopers from time to time, but we are usually able to catch up on your scheduled dog waste clean-up within a day or two.

What about holidays?

We work most of the summer holidays!

We like to have a clean, waste-free yard in the summer and we know you do too!

However, we do not work on the following holidays:

• Thanksgiving

• Christmas Day

• New Year’s Day 

If your scheduled day falls on one of these holidays, we will generally try to clean the day before or sometimes the day after the holiday.

What about vacation days when I need my service skipped?

Call, text, or email us or use our Contact Form.

Please give us as much notice as possible so we can “skip” that service. If we have at least 24 hours notice, and your dog will not be using the yard, then there will be no charge for that “skipped” service. Have a great vacation!

How much is your pooper scooper service?

Scooper Girl offers inexpensive pricing for dog waste removal.

How am I charged for pet waste removal services?

We do not require advanced payments!

We will send you an invoice on the first day of each month after services are completed for the previous month. We want you to be completely satisfied in knowing that you received exceptional services before paying for it.

Is there an extra charge for the initial clean-up of the dog waste?

The initial clean-up (the 1st clean-up) is usually a little more than the recurring service and is based on how long since your yard was last thoroughly cleaned and the number of dogs.

If it has been a while since the yard was last cleaned and there is a large amount of accumulated dog waste, an initial dog waste clean-up fee will apply. We would be more than happy to come out and take a look at your yard and give you a no-obligation estimate or simply enter your information for a Free Quote Here.

Do you make sure my dog doesn’t get out of my yard?

We are very conscientious about making sure that gates are firmly secured while in the yard and when leaving. We take extra care to make sure that your dog stays in the yard while we enter and exit your yard.

What do you do with the dog waste after you pick it up?

WE CARE about our community and environment!

We scoop it into a biodegradable, earth-friendly bag, remove it from the property, and dispose of it properly.
